Nutrition
Here is a list of top-tier foods that you should absolutely consume in high volumes!
Protein sources
Salmon
Salmon is one of the most nutritious foods available, not only because of its high protein content, but also because of its healthy fats and micronutrients. Make an effort to incorporate this at least once per week, and make sure the salmon you buy is wild-caught as opposed to farm-raised.
Three benefits of salmon
High protein (25 g / 100 g)
Great source of omega-3 fatty acids that can decrease inflammation and support brain health.
High source of B vitamins and selenium which has been shown to increase testosterone.
Red/Game meat
Red meat has been in our diet for as long as humans have walked on this earth and is a healthy source of both macro and micro nutrients. The only "bad" beef is that which has been fed unnatural diets such as grains and is full of hormones. The healthier choice is always organic and grass-fed.
The new science tries to make red meat look unhealthy in many ways, such as by putting it in the same category as other unnaturally processed foods and drawing a collective conclusion of course in the favor agianst the red meat.
For instance, according to Harvard "experts": "an accumulated body of evidence shows a clear link between high intake of red and processed meats and a higher risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and premature death."
See the problem here? Red AND processed meats. There are many ways that the media and science deceive us today. The best way to avoid being deceived is to consider how our ancestors lived and ate; if we have evolved and consumed something for thousands of years, it is not unhealthy, rather, it is healthy by definition!
Three benefits of beef
The fats in beef are incredibly healthy if it is organic and grass-fed.
Rich in nutrients and minerals such as B vitamins, iron, and zinc, which have been shown to increase testosterone.
Versatile: Depending on whether you want to gain or lose weight, pick different cuts of meat.
Eggs
Let's face it, even dinosaurs 100s of million years ago ate eggs, and they were Chad as F**K! Eggs naturally contain a substance called lecithin that inhibits the absorption of cholesterol, so you can eat them without concern. Always make sure to purchase organic eggs from chickens raised on pasture, both for your health and the chickens wellbeing. Conventionally raised chickens are fed soy and corn, which alters the final product's nutritional value.
Three benefits of eggs
Eggs are one of the best protein sources available, with a great amino acid profile, and are even used as a reference standard against which all other protein sources are rated.
Rich in many nutrients, which is why eggs are often referred to as nature's multivitamin.
One of the few foods that contain vitamin D as well as K2 and, in the case of eggs from chickens raised on pasture, omega-3 fatty acids.
Dairy
There are numerous types of dairy products, the majority of which are high-quality foods. Some of them are:
Kefir is a fermented milk drink that not only has an excellent macronutrient profile, but also a high concentration of good bacteria for the gut. Due to the fermentation process, in which lactose is converted into glucose and galactose by bacteria and yeast, kefir can also be consumed by individuals with lactose intolerance.
Cheese, especially high-quality cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, is amazing. It is also probiotic and lactose-free. Make sure it is authentic; do not buy just "Parmesan cheese," as it risks being just a mixture of low-grade cheese and wood pulp. Yes... wood.
Three benefits of dairy
It is available in a variety of useful forms, including milk, cheese, cottage cheese, kefir, and yogurt.
In general, it is very cheap for its calories and nutrients. 1 liter (34 oz) of whole milk, for example, contains 700 calories and 35 grams of protein.Â
Carbohydrates
Potatoes
Potatoes have been consumed by humans for thousands of years, with the earliest evidence dating back to approximately 10,000 years ago. Based on this, it seems likely that this root vegetable is safe to eat.
Believe it or not, potatoes actually contain good amounts of vitamin C and antioxidants like flavonoids, carotenoids, and phenolic acids. Therefore, potatoes are not only filling but also nutritious, which, if you've read up to this point, is the central idea of this text.
However, potatoes are among the most heavily sprayed crops. (I highly recommend researching the process of potato farming; it's messed up and should serve as a wake-up call to anyone unfamiliar with conventional farming), so be cautious and choose organic products once more!
White rice
White rice? You might ask Yes, white rice. Once again, we use our brains and the knowledge of the millions of people who came before us. Ancient civilizations must have struggled to remove the outer shells for a reason. Why struggle for no reason? Some people might argue that white rice has a higher glycemic index (GI) than brown rice. If you are worried about that, first of all, you will never be a Chad, and secondly, just add some oil or cook it to eat it the next day, simple as that.
Rice may not have the best nutrient profile, but it still contains several important vitamins, including B vitamins and minerals such as manganese, magnesium, and others.
Black rice
Black rice has an interesting past, as it was forbidden for commoners in imperial China to consume it. Due to its high nutritional value, it was only reserved for the wealthy and powerful to ensure their health and longevity.
That being the case, the nutrients in this rice are obviously significantly higher. One compound that has shown anti-cancerous properties is anthocyanin, which is a compound that gives black rice its color. Another is lutein and zeaxanthin, which have been shown to protect the eyes from harmful blue light. Which is especially important nowadays.
Personally, I would always choose black rice over white rice.
Tip. Save the water used to cook black rice for use as a hydrating drink. Just make sure the rice is of good quality first!
Fats
Butter, Ghee, Beef Tallow
Fats of animal origin are a safe bet, since they have been a natural food for us since the dawn of time. Never buy margarine or highly processed oils such as sunflower or canola oil; if you follow this, your health will be a lot better. There will be more information on this later.
Olive oil
This, however, is a fat that is not of animal origin but has been consumed for thousands of years. This fat is also not from the olive seeds but rather from the olive itself. And if the olive oil is of good quality, that is, extra virgin and cold-pressed, it is an amazing fat source.
Olive oil should preferably not be used for cooking or anything else that requires higher temperatures.
Olive oil is anti-inflammatory, has antimicrobial effects, is rich in vitamin E, and much more.
It is simple to incorporate into meals since it can be drizzled on top of, for example, rice for a taste and nutrient boost. Alternatively, just take one tablespoon daily.
Coconut oil
Many cultures have used it for hundreds or even thousands of years. MCTs, or medium-chain triglycerides, make up a sizeable portion of coconut oil. MCT oil gives you more energy because it doesn't require digestive enzymes. Coconut oil also contains compounds that have been shown to improve cognitive function and benefit those suffering from dementia as well as Alzheimer's.
Fruits and berries
Blueberries
One of the healthiest foods you can consume is undoubtfully blueberries.
Along with nutrients like iron, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, and vitamin K, blueberries also contain anthocyanin, a flavonoid that gives them their blue color as well as a number of health advantages.
Some of the many health advantages include: brain health, vision improvement, improvement of cognitive decline, and anti-inflammatory properties.
A bear often weighs more than 1300 pounds (600 kg), and it has been recorded that bears consume more than 100,000 berries in one day. So, if one of the strongest and most Chad-like creatures on the planet consumes this many blueberries, it must be something extraordinary.
Something worth looking into is that while bears hibernate, they have a high body temperature and do not lose much muscle like other mammals do. They would also normally have a great deal of inflammation in their bodies, but this is not what is happening. They have no inflammation in their bodies! The anti-inflammatory blueberries might have something to do with this!
The best option is undoubtedly freshly picked wild blueberries, but frozen wild blueberries are also an option. I'll include a link to high-quality blueberries that are available as a freeze-dried powder.

Blackberries
Blackberries are another berry that is dark and very healthy. Blackberries are filled with nutrients and antioxidants, just like blueberries. The seeds of the berries also contain some omega-3 fatty acids.
The best option is fresh or frozen, although freeze-dried powders are also a viable alternative, just like in the case of blueberries.
