The benefits of walking should not be underrated. As we work in offices, our days become more and more idle.
Get at least 7,500 steps per day, but you should really aim for 10,000 to 15,000 steps.

Also maximize time spend mid day to maximize sun exposure. Do not be afraid of the sun, you need your vitamin D.
